Problems with mBS Mobile SDK 2.0.1 (Read 208 times)

Bernd Amann Beginner Member Posts: 2	Problems with mBS Mobile SDK 2.0.1 Feb 23^rd, 2010, 6:23pm Hi, i tryed to install the mBS Mobile SDK 2.0.1 and failed because I get the message "zip file damaged" in windows or "error in opening zip file" in eclipse. With an older version I have no problems, what can i do? Thanks Bernd

Hello Bernd,

Thanks for posting the issue. Can you please:
1) Let us know which zip file cannot be opened: mBSMobileSDK2.0.1-NonComm.zip, mBSMobile-site-2.0_NonComm.zip or mToolkit-site-mobile-3.0.3a-18-12-2009_NonComm.zip?
2) The latter two files are the actual Eclipse update sites, but the first one is the entire SDK package that just needs to be unzipped first. If the problem is with the SDK package file it might be that it hasn't downloaded entirely. Can you try downloading it again?

Hi,

thank for your help.

1) mBSMobileSDK2.0.1-NonComm.zip
2) it's the download problem, I can't open the zip file with WinRar or the Windows tool. I get the message that the format is unknown or the file is damaged. I tried it 5 or 6 times with different workstations.(using Vista and 7)
When I look in Properties I see a text that the file is unsafe because it comes from a different pc, but even when i accept this it doesn't work.

Thanks
